Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 23 September 2026
There are two separate things to keep apart: your SnapCatalog subscription, and the orders your customers place in your store.
1. SnapCatalog subscriptions
- The Free plan costs nothing and can be abandoned at any time.
- Pro renews automatically every month (₹599) through UPI AutoPay or card until you cancel. We email a reminder before each renewal.
- You can cancel anytime from Account settings. Cancelling stops all future charges; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- We do not pro-rate partial periods, except where local consumer law requires it.
- If you were charged in error or the service was materially unavailable, email us within 30 days and we will review a refund.
SnapCatalog is operated by Syed Abdul Rahman, 6-1-341 Walkertown, Padmarao Nagar, Secunderabad, Telangana 500025, India.
2. Customer orders
SnapCatalog is not the seller or merchant of record and never holds customer money. Online payments are direct UPI transfers from the customer to the seller's own account. Each seller sets and honours their own refund, cancellation, return and delivery terms, and is solely responsible for issuing any refund. Customers should contact the seller through the WhatsApp number or contact details shown on the storefront.
SnapCatalog cannot cancel an order, reverse a completed UPI transfer, or pay a refund on a seller's behalf, and accepts no liability for a seller's failure to deliver or to refund. Where we receive a report of fraudulent or abusive selling we may investigate and remove the store, but that does not create any right to compensation from us. Customers who believe they have been defrauded should also contact their bank or UPI provider and, where appropriate, the police or their local consumer authority.
3. Demo payments
Where a store runs in demo payment mode no money is charged, so there is nothing to refund. Demo orders are clearly labelled on the storefront.
4. Chargebacks
Disputes raised with a card issuer or payment provider are resolved under that provider's rules between the customer, the seller and the provider. See our Terms of Service for the wider allocation of responsibility.
